  • HBCU Scholarship

The Harbor Area (CA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is proud to support excellence and has established a merit scholarship program specifically designated for African American women who will attend an Historically Black College or University (HBCU) in the Fall as entering freshmen.

We are looking for graduating high school female seniors who are interested in investing in themselves as well as their communities. If this sounds like you, we would like to support your dream of attending an HBCU by easing the financial burden associated with higher education.

The 2025 application will open this summer!
